Firearm & Ammunition Notice

PLEASE NOTE :

  • All firearms and ammunition are only available to purchase online for in store pick up on a first come first serve basis.
  • Any purchases or attempted purchases of restricted items for shipping on our website will result in immediate cancellation of your entire order.
  • The name on the card used to purchase the item/s must match the government ID shown in store.
  • You have 3 days from the date the order is placed to visit the store to start the background check process. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order.
  • *Please note that due to the varying processing timeframe of background checks, we can not guaranteed same day results for ammunition or firearm purchases.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.
  • The purchase of a semi-auto rifle, of any caliber, requires a New York State Semi-Auto Rifle Permit
  • The purchase of a handgun, of any caliber, requires a New York State Pistol Permit, or that the purchaser is active duty law enforcement
  • The purchase of a lower receiver (stripped or complete) can only be done by a NYS resident over the age of 21
  • All NYS background check fees will be collected in store after the background check forms are completed by the purchaser.  These fees are not included in the purchase price of the item(s).
  • All Federal, Local & State Laws Apply.
