Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are a flat fee regardless of order total or weight. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
At this time we are only offering standard shipping.

No Free Shipping:

Thruway Sporting Goods does not offer free shipping on any orders.
Periodically promotions are run for free shipping and it will be clearly stated on out site.
Customers are responsible for covering the full cost of shipping.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
Thruway Sporting Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Oversized Items

There are items we list online that are only available for pick up in store due to size and weight. This can include items like the following :

Kayaks, fishing rods, boat batteries, oversized tents, roof racks, weights and nets.

International Shipping:

Thruway Sporting Goods is currently only shipping within the United Stated. At this time we do not plan on offering international shipping of any kind.

Return Policy

No Free Returns:
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item they are purchasing is correct.
- Please carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information before making a purchase.
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will assist you with a resolution.
- Item are eligible for return within 15 days of order receipt.
Condition Of Items For Return:

Unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable
If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.

Final Sale / Sale Items

Please note that many of our sale items are final sale.

Select 'Pick Up In Store' Option: During the checkout process, choose the 'Pick Up In Store' option as your preferred delivery method.
Confirmation and Preparation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will prepare your items for pickup.
Visit Our Store: Once you receive a notification (either email or text) confirming that your order is ready for pickup, head to our store during operating hours.
Pick Up Your Order: When you arrive, proceed to the front checkout area in our store and present your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID. Our staff will assist you in collecting your items.

Important Notes

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before visiting our store. Orders can, in some instances, take up to 24 hours to process.
If you need your order sooner we can do our best to accommodate, please send us a message via our Contact Us Page.
Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID for verification when collecting your items.
Orders will be held for 3 Days ( Including Weekends), after which they may be subject to cancellation or restocking.

Layaway Policy (Only Available In Store)

90 Days Paid in Full – Handguns.
60 Days - All other merchandise.
20% down required. $10 restocking fee.
No seasonal merchandise on layaway.
