Customers must read compliance information before purchasing. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee of 10% the cost of the firearm if return or rejected by the FFL.

Thruway Food Markets & Shopping Center (DBA Thruway Sporting Goods) strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local laws regulating the sale of firearms, firearm components, and related accessories.

Any restrictions imposed by Thruway Sporting Goods are not to be interpreted as legal advice. Thruway Sporting Goods does not make any guarantees regarding the legality of specific items in any given jurisdiction. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their area.

Customer Acknowledgment and Certification

By purchasing any item from Thruway Sporting Goods, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

  • The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the purchase, ownership, possession, and use of any item complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in their jurisdiction.

  • The customer has independently confirmed that both the purchase and intended use of any item are lawful within their state and local jurisdiction.

  • The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Thruway Sporting Goods and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences that may arise from the purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item obtained from Thruway Sporting Goods.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license unless you call and request it to ship to the mailing address. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that Thruway Sporting Goods has an updated copy of the FFL license.

No third-party items (Drop Ship) or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
