Description
Yellow Bird Planer Boards are iconic side-surface trolling devices designed to carry baits and lures 150 feet or more away from the side of a boat without spooking fish.
Key Features
Color-Coded Design: Uniquely marked with red for port (left) and green for starboard (right) to match boat running lights.
Durable Construction: Made from tough recycled ABS plastic with an enclosed back design that prevents older styrofoam cores from deteriorating or breaking.
Adjustable Weight System: Lets you balance and control buoyancy for light or heavy baits depending on water conditions.
Tattle Flag System: Included or built into medium and larger models (8", 10", 12") to visibly drop when a fish strikes.
Quick Grip Releases: Securely clamps onto monofilament, braided, or lead/copper core lines without slipping.
